-- familiarity with small business 401k plans -- understanding of our plan customization choices and the typical potential effect(s) each has on a small business 401k plan -- adept at explaining 401k concepts to lay people (within a reasonable amount of time) as the concepts apply to the caller's situation -- functional familiarity with our 401k Easy Online software; must be able to reasonably execute all day-to-day 401k administration tasks and help a novice do the same -- good phone skills; professional phone manner -- familiarity with PC systems |
