-- First, read the 401(k) Easy Product Tie-in Partner Program Agreement. All applicants must agree to the terms of the Agreement.

-- Second, complete and submit your 401(k) Easy Product Tie-in Partner Application (see below).
You'll receive an e-mail confirmation (or other, if you don't have e-mail) that you have been added to our Product Tie-in Partner Program and are eligible for the rights and benefits thereof as soon as your completed application has been processed. Once you receive this written confirmation, your customers will be able to qualify for the $100 rebate when purchasing 401k Easy Online.

-- If you later decide you want to change any aspect of your Application (such as your definition of "proof of purchase", please contact us IN WRITING (e-mail transmission OK). Any change to your Application will not become effective until we notify you in writing that the change has been accepted.
