All Referral Partner applicants must agree to the terms of the Agreement for their Referral Partner Applications to be acceptable.

-- Second, complete and submit your 401k Easy Referral Partner Application (below).
You'll receive an e-mail confirmation (or other, if you don't have e-mail) that you have been added to our Referral Partner Program and are eligible for the rights and benefits thereof as soon as your completed application has been processed. Once you receive this written confirmation, you're eligible to earn referral commissions (or have customers you refer be eligible for the rebate).

-- If you later decide you want to change any aspect of your Application…
If you later decide you want to change any aspect of your Application (such as a designation to have commissions deferred to the customer as a rebate), please contact us IN WRITING (e-mail transmission OK). Any change to your Application will not become effective, however, until we notify you of its acceptance in writing.
